Squad Training
Squad Training is the next step in our junior pathway after Junior Player Development.
Squads are designed for players who have built a solid base and are ready for more time on court, more intensity, and more match play. This program focuses on higher training volume so players can continue to fine-tune the skills they’ve already built.
Squad training focuses on:
High-rep hitting + rally work (more consistency and repetition)
Tactics + decision-making (how to construct points and make smarter choices)
Movement + match readiness (footwork, recovery, and handling a higher tempo)
Mental and emotional skills (confidence, focus, resilience, handling pressure)
Squad sessions are typically 90 minutes and we keep numbers capped at a maximum of 8 players per coach (minimum 1:8 ratio). Sessions are usually run across two courts to keep the quality high.
Many squad players also compete regularly — and we help guide the right balance of training and competition as they progress.
